HOW IT HAPPENED
The Eagles came out firing in this one as junior midfielder
Eliass Elfasoukhi scored his first career goal for the Eagles to get the scoring started early coming just 3 minutes into the game. Elfasoukhi was assisted by Mirai Sato and
Aidan Tross on the score. The game was very physical the whole game as both teams were fighting to try and win the game. There were a total of six yellow cards in the game with four by the Falcons and two by the Eagles. There were also a total of 23 fouls, 12 from Bentley and 11 from Post.
Elfasoukhi would go on to score his second goal of the game in the 10th minute of the game with an assist from Diego Garcia. This would end up being the game winning goal for the Eagles in this one as they would go on to win the game by a score of 2-1.
Bentley didn't go out quietly in this one as they got on the board in the 82nd minute of the game with a goal by Michael Gouvin and an assist from Matt McAuliffe and Filippo Perini. Bentley out shot Post in this one 15-9 (8-3 on goal).
