HOW IT HAPPENED
The Eagles took seven corner kicks in the opening half of work, receiving several good looks at finding an advantage over their opponent. Both the Eagles and Rams took just one shot on goal, the score remaining deadlocked at nil-nil, as Eagles goalkeeper Francisco Pinochet stopped the lone shot and Ramo Ahmetovic was unable to convert for his team heading into the break.
In the second half, the Eagles found some much-needed aggression as they took six shots on goal, to the Rams' mere one. Eventually, at 64:53 Eliass Elfasoukhi took one of many Eagles corner kicks, and Tommasso Padroni headed the ball into the lower left corner of Rams keeper, Damian Krapf, opening and later closing all scoring over the duration of the game.
WHO'S NEXT
The Eagles will host #4 Southern New Hampshire University Wednesday night at 7 p.m. at LaMoy Field.
