HOW IT HAPPENED

In the first half of action, both teams took five shots, three belonging to the Eagles, but saved by Cougars' goalie, Diogo Da Silva.

In the 52nd minute, Caldwell took their second shot of the new half. Charlie Tecke fired at the net of Eagles keeper Francisco Pinochet off a header from teammate Gonzalo Lopez, opening scoring for both teams in the match.

Just under six minutes later, before the Eagles could get another shot off, Caldwell scored again, this time the damage done by Henry Krause, and at 66:26, Mark Ibarra scored the Cougars' third unanswered goal and final score of the match.

The Eagles extended their winless streak to four games, going 0-2-2 over the stretch beginning October 3, while the Cougars broke their five-game streak without a win.

WHO'S NEXT

Post will return home, celebrate Homecoming Weekend at LaMoy Field at 3:30 p.m. against Jefferson University, looking to extend a seven-game win streak against the Rams.
