Sophomore Midfielder Sergio Diaz (Madrid, Spain) was one of two East Region players (Lukas Ostermann - LIU Post) to be named CCA DII First Team All-American.

Diaz's season led him and the Eagles to a NCAA Tournament appearance, as well as a CACC Tournament Championship (2-0 W over Wilmington). The Eagles finished 2018 at 12-8-1.

While his First Team All-American selection may be Diaz's most prestigious award this season, Diaz was also named CACC Men's Soccer Player of the Year, First Team All-CACC, CACC Tournament MVP and First Team All-Tournament (CACC).

Diaz stats jump off the page. He ranked in the top five in all of DII Men's Soccer in assists (19), led the Eagles in goals (12) and led the CACC in total points (44).

Diaz is set to return to Post University in 2019 for his third season with the Eagles
