WATERBURY, Conn. – The Post University volleyball team will play three matches this week, two of which are against Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) opponents. The Eagles start the week off with a visit to New Haven for an in-state battle with Southern Connecticut State on Wednesday, Oct. 16 at 7 p.m. To cap off the week, Post welcomes CACC foes Nyack (Friday, Oct. 18 at 7 p.m.) and Philadelphia (Saturday, Oct. 19 at 1 p.m.) to the Drubner Center.

Southern Connecticut is putting together a fine season with an 11-6 record. The Owls are 2-3 in the Northeast-10 Conference, 4-3 at home and topped Le Moyne 3-1 the last time out.

Nyack is currently riding a five game winning streak, sweeping Concordia, Caldwell and Goldey-Beacom in its last three matches. The Lady Warriors boast an impressive 7-2 CACC record and are 11-11 overall, however, they are just 2-5 on the road this season.

Philadelphia, like Nyack, also has a 7-2 record in the conference and is 8-7 overall on the season, but the team is only 2-4 on the road. In their last three matches, the Rams swept Concordia, Goldey-Beacom and Dominican.
