The Post University women's soccer team will take to the road and round out a four-game road trip when it takes on Bridgeport and Holy Family on Wednesday and Saturday, respectively. The non-conference tilt with the Knights is slated for 4 p.m., and the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) matchup is scheduled for noon in Philadelphia.
The Eagles are in search of their first win against the Knights and Tigers. Post is 0-9 all-time against Bridgeport and 0-10 in the head-to-head series with Holy Family.

Dennis and Sinopoli rank among the top-two in the conference in three statistical categories. Dennis is tied for second in the league in goals with 11 and points with 24. Sinopoli shares the conference lead in assists with Carissa Strye. Each player has eight helpers.
ECAC Offensive Player Of The Week:
On Tuesday, Oct. 9, Dennis was named the ECAC Offensive Player of the Week. During the week prior, she scored a pair of goals including the game-winner in a 2-0 victory over Goldey-Beacom. Dennis was on a six-match scoring streak, a stretch that dates back to Sept. 17, when she had a five-point game against NYIT. She tallied two goals and an assist against the Bears.
Consecutive Clean Sheets:
Junior goalkeeper
Grace McConnell posted consecutive shutouts with 2-0 victories at Bloomfield (Oct. 3) and against Goldey-Beacom (Oct. 6). During the streak, she did not allowed a goal over a span of 234:04 for Post. The clean sheets marked her first two of the season.
Scoring Surplus:
During its three-game homestand from Sept. 17-25, the Post University women's soccer team outscored the opposition 12-5 in three matches. The 12 goals doubled the Eagles' output from their first six matches combined. To date, Post has tallied 22 goals this season and has received hat tricks from Dunster and Dennis.
Series History With Bridgeport:
Wednesday's non-conference tilt will mark the 10
th in the all-time series between Post and Bridgeport. The Eagles are in search of their first victory in the all-time series and have not met since the 2010 season. Post is 0-3 in true road games.

Bridgeport enters the non-conference tilt with a 7-1-2 record in its last 10 outings with the lone loss coming at #11 LIU Post on Oct. 6. Danielle Puddefoot leads the Knights with 10 goals and two assists. Gabby Reis and Julia Colley have netted three tallies apiece. Defensively, Julia Hansson has logged 1,255:06 in goal. She has made 49 saves and turned in three clean sheets on the season. Hansson's save percentage is .710.

Post is winless in the all-time series with Holy Family and sits at 0-10. The Eagles are 0-4 in road matchups.

Scouting The Tigers:
Holy Family has won its last three matches, a stretch which includes CACC wins over Bloomfield (4-0) Goldey-Beacom (3-0) and an overtime triumph against Concordia (2-1). Last week, Jenna Richards earned CACC Rookie of the Week honors after she scored two goals, including the game-winner in overtime against Concordia. Megan Tole leads the Tigers with seven goals and four assists. Richards added four goals for Holy Family. Rachel Dunkle started all 14 games in goal and maintains a goals against average of 1.86. She has logged three shutouts this season.
Humble Hosts:
Post University and the men's and women's soccer programs will serve as the host of the 2012 CACC Men's and Women's Soccer Championships. The Waterbury-based school will host the semifinals and championship games on Nov. 1-3.
