HOW IT HAPPENED
In the final collegiate match of her career, graduate defender
Alyanna Beaudoin went out on top, scoring a career-high two goals and adding an assist for a total of five points in the match. Junior midfielder
Audrey Cadman opened the scoring for the Eagles in only the sixth minute of the match with the help of Beaudoin, and the scoring would continue from there as Post put up three goals in each half against junior goalkeeper Nevaeh Washington.
Washington finished with four saves for Lincoln as the Eagle offense unleashed 17 shots, their second-most in a match this season, with 10 shots reaching Washington in the net, which was also the second-most this season for Post. As for Nisbet, she would earn her first collegiate shutout in her 31st career start, saving all six shots faced, to earn her second career win in goal and the first of the season.

Tatiyana Chase both notched their first collegiate goals in the second half of the affair, while sophomore midfielder
Rhee Morrison got her second goal of the season before Beaudoin's two-goal run in the middle of the 6-0 win for Post. All six of the shots on goal from the Lions came from three different players: freshman defender Sahida Dumbaya, senior defender Justyce King, and freshman forward Shealyn Oakes.
