PHILADELPHIA, PA (October 21, 2011) The Post University volleyball team was defeated in Chestnut Hill Friday night. The loss drops the Eagles to 7-19 (6-11 CACC) on the season.

The Eagles went out to an early 12-7 lead in the first game before falling 25-23. In the second they were down 8-1, but stormed back eventually losing 25-20. Post was defeated 25-16 in the third game.

Emily Wilman led the Eagle offense with 10 kills and Elizabeth Knight added six kills. Knight also had three service aces on the night. Julie Longo set up 10 assists and Kelly Hayes had nine.

Hayes and Wilman each had seven digs. Belinda Snider chipped in with two blocks in the defeat.

Post will be back in action on Tuesday night against Southern Connecticut.
