WATERBURY, Conn (September 18, 2010) Post University's win streak was halted Saturday afternoon after a hard fought contest with the Wilmington University Wildcats, losing 1-0.  The Eagles are now 2-3 overall (2-1 CACC).

LaMoy Field was the host of a very gritty soccer contest on Saturday as it was clear both teams wanted to win this one to make a statement among the top teams in the CACC.

After a closely contested first half, Wilmington got on the scoreboard just three minutes into the second half when Jamal Wiggins crossed a beautiful ball to teammate Eddie Kowalo who headed the ball into the corner of the goal.

The loss drops the Eagles back to 2-3 but more importantly puts a blemish on their conference record which currently stands at 2-1.  They will be looking to bounce back when they go into action Wednesday against Dowling College in Brookhaven, NY.
