Nyack Sneaks by Eagle Volleyball 3-1

WATERBURY, Conn (October 7, 2010) Post University's volleyball team lost a home conference game to Nyack College 3-1 Thursday night in Waterbury. The Eagles are now 4-5 in conference play, while the Warriors improve to 4-7.

Nyack's Moana Masoniai had an outstanding performance with 26 kills and 11 digs. The Eagles were led by Kelly Hayes with eight kills. Monica Aristizabal had 11 digs and Courtney Braun had 10.

Nyack won the opening two sets 25-19, 25-22 before Post University took the third set 25-22. The Warriors rallied back to win the fourth set 25-21.

Post University will host Georgian Court on Saturday.
