Post University Men's Soccer Falls to NYIT 3-2

OLD WESTBURY, NY (October 19, 2010) Post University's men's soccer team fell to New York Tech on Tuesday afternoon 3-2. Eagle Francis Eno scored his fifth goal of the season in the loss dropping Post University to 5-8-2 overall.

NYIT jumped out to an early 2-0 lead in the first half with goals from Otis Maddison and Maciek Serafin.

Post University's first goal was recorded as a NYIT own goal just over five minutes into the second half. Eno's goal came at 56:52 after Jean Louis Cadet had a free kick from the 12. Cadet found Eno who blasted the shot past keeper Michael Doran knotting the game at two.

The game winning goal was scored by Matthew Daddona on a free kick from Staffan Alm with 19:19 to play in the game. NYIT would hold on for the 3-2 victory.

The Eagles will return to competition on Saturday afternoon for senior day against Goldey Beacom. Game time is set for 3pm.
