Post University Volleyball Falls to St. Rose in Season Opener

Albany, NY (September 2, 2009) The Post University Women's Volleyball team fell in a season opening match against St. Rose Wednesday night. The loss puts the Eagles (0-1) on the season.

In the first two sets St. Rose won (25-11) in both. The third and final set Post University stayed closer playing to a (25-19) loss. 

In her first game as an Eagle, Aubrey Latham led the team in kills with 4. Also in her debut was Kelly Hayes registering 9 digs, but also had 5 errors. 

St. Rose was led by Sarah Kahrs and Marilyn Glamack with 11 and 10 kills respectively.

The Eagles will continue play this weekend on Sept. 6th on the road against St. Anselm for a tri-match.
