Eagles Volleyball Picks Up 3rd Conference Win Over Concordia

Bronxville, New York (September 24, 2009) – For the first time this season, the Post University Eagles have picked up a road win in conference play. It is their third win of the season in CACC competition, improving the Eagles record 3-1 in the conference.
Taylor Doyle had her break through game of the season with 36 set assists for the sophomore setter. Helping her register all those sets was Teresa Hodges with 14 kills, and Elizabeth Knight with 11.
Post took the 3-1 victory by winning the first set (25-11). Concordia came back to win the second set (17-25), followed two consecutive wins for the Eagles (25-12)(25-16).
The Eagles will play again at home this weekend against Wilmington and Mercy on Saturday afternoon.
