Volleyball Falls to Southern 3-0

Danbury, Conn. (September 17, 2009) – 27 attack errors plagued the Eagles against Southern Connecticut State Thursday night in a non-conference volleyball match. The loss drops Post University to 2-9 overall this season.

The Eagles struggled the first two sets, but finally found some strength in the third to rally back (25-7, 25-11, 25-21). Post University was only able to register 19 kills on the night. Defense was also a challenge as the Eagles lacked even a single block. 

Elizabeth Knight led the way for Post with 6 kills after not playing in the early part of the season.
Post University will play again at home on Sunday afternoon at 1pm hosting St. Anselm.
