Cougars Top Eagles Volleyball 3-0

WATERBURY, Conn (October 27, 2009) The Post University Volleyball team fell to Caldwell in a CACC conference matchup Tuesday night at home 3-0. The loss drops the Eagles to an 8-8 conference record.

The Eagles came out of the box strong, jumping out to a lead in each of the first two sets. Post University would not be able to maintain the led and struggled in serving with 9 serving errors allowing the Cougars to take control. (25-16, 26-24, 25-20)

Leading the way for the Eagles was Teresea Hodges with 10 kills and 9 digs. Aubrey Latham had 6 kills with 13 digs. 

Caldwell was led by Cory Roseing with 9 kills and defensively by Maddy Amon with 18 digs.
The Eagles will be in action again on Thursday night against Bloomfield.
