Allyson Wallauer was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) All-East Region Second Team.
Wallauer had a monster season at the plate, leading the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) in slugging percentage at a .737 clip, finishing fifth in hits with 69 and in home runs with eight. She was third in doubles with 20 and 6
th in runs with 47 while batting .413.
Wallauer had 21 games with at least two hits, including back-to-back four hit performances against Alliance on March 29. She drove in a season-high four runs in a game against American International College and scored five runs in a Post University record-setting win over The College of Saint Rose in a 22-11 win on April 13.
It was the first time since 2016 a member of the Post University softball team has made an NFCA as Samantha Esque made the first team and Kayla Kresley, the second team that season.
