The Post University women's lacrosse team was recognized as the 2020 Division II Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA)  Community Awareness Winner For Division II.

The Eagles participated in various events throughout the year, including the Litchfield American Cancer Society Strides Walk, The University's Bed Races, Autism Speaks, Social Chasers, Make-A-Wish, and Letters to Santa. The team also adopted a Team IMPACT player, volunteered at game night, paint night and Cookie-A-Thon with the Waterbury Girls, Inc. In total, the women's lacrosse team racked up 430 hours of community services.

The IWLCA honored individuals from all three NCAA Divisions and the NAIA as well as team awards for each division. The University of Michigan was the Division I recipient and Alma College was the Division III recipient.
