WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Eagles jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead over the Firebirds of the University of the District of Columbia behind goals from Carlos Chacua and Jake Bova. Chacua (12) and Bova (9) lead the Eagles in goals this season. 

UDC went on to score the next four goals with four different goal scorers.

Sean Olsen brought Post back to within one goal with his seventh goal of the season. 

Corey Auten would score the fourth Eagles goal just before the half to bring the score 9-4 in favor of the Firebirds going in the break. 

The Firebirds owned the third quarter, scoring seven unanswered goals. 

The fourth quarter saw very little scoring. Dom Albanese scored the lone Eagles goal in the final quarter. 

For UDC, Alan Singleton led the way with six goals. 

Post used five different goal scorers in the game. 

Chris Stahl and Stefan Jones each picked up two groundballs and caused one turnover. 

Next Up - Post will play the middle game of their three game road stretch against Saint Anselm on March 23 in Manchester, N.H.
