WATERBURY, Conn. (April 10, 2011)---The Post University women's lacrosse team fell to Georgian Court, 24-11 on Sunday afternoon at Pomperaug High School.
Stephanie Marran led the Eagles with 6 goals on 11 shots.
Mallorie Michalak found the back of the net twice, and
Shelby Cocks,
Meghan Diggett and
Kathryn Price eached added a goal for Post University.

Jacqueline Jolles stopped an impressive 17 shots.
Georgian Court was led by Stephanie Gallo, who scored 7 goals on 9 shots. Attacker Ryan McGrath added 5 goals for the Lions.
Post University returns to action April 16 when they travel to Wilmington University.
The team returns to Pomperaug April 17, when they will face off with Chestnut Hill College. Game time is scheduled for 1 pm.
