Dominican Triumphs Over Women's Lacrosse 21-6

DOMINICAN, NY (April 13, 2010) Post University's Women's Lacrosse team lost to Dominican College Tuesday afternoon 21-6. Kathryn Price scored four goals in the Eagle loss.

Dominican was led by Silje Karlsen with six goals, while Sarah Kiernan and Elizabeth Schmidt each had four.

Price scored the first goal of the game assisted by Tiffany Neuendorf, but the Chargers would score nine over the course of the next ten minutes. Price got her second goal with less than twenty minutes to play in the half. Dominican had a 16-2 lead at the break.

In the second half, the Eagles would score four including two more from Price, a free position attempt from Mallorie Michalak, and a goal from Samantha Silver with the assist going to Kaitlin Montgomery.

The Eagles play next on the road against Holy Family on Thursday.
