Women's Lacrosse Schedule Announced for 2010 Spring Season

WATERBURY, CT – The schedule for the inaugural season of Women's Lacrosse at Post University has been announced. The 14 game schedule features 7 home games being contested within the CACC.

Post University will play the first game in program history at Bentley on March 17, 2010. Bentley will be a good test for Post as they compete in the Northeast 10. 

“As a first year program, I am very excited that we have a full and competitive schedule for our first season,” said Post Lacrosse Head Coach Jill Kowalik. “A strong schedule is crucial to building a new program.”

There will be 7 teams in the CACC next year including Post. Last season, Georgian Court dominated the conference by going undefeated with a 10-0 record. 

Kowalik says, “My goals for the program are to learn and to work together building team unity, bettering our skills and knowledge of the game. I am positive with hard work and determination we will meet these goals.”
