Biography

Nyheem Sanders comes to Post University as a freshman who was a 3 year starter for Coach Mike Hart at the St. Andrew’s School in Rhode Island. Basketball runs in the family as his brother plays at Boston College. 

At St. Andrew's Sanders averaged 13.5ppg, 4.3apg & 2.3spg as a senior. He shot 53% from the floor, including an impressive 42% from beyond the three-point line. Sanders was selected to play in New England High School All-Star game in Springfield, MA.

"Nyheem is a strong and talented combo guard who is a tough competitor & defender," said Mike Donnelly, Post University's Men's Basketball Head Coach. "Nyheem handles the ball well and drives strong to the basket. He also has the ability to make perimeter shots which will provide versatility to our backcourt”.
