WATERBURY, Conn. -- On Tuesday afternoon, the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Teams were announced for Softball across all three NCAA Divisions and the NAIA. Post University Softball netted the maximum number of players allowed to qualify, with five, for the third straight year.

Allysa Calabrese repeated on the list for her second consecutive season, in addition to sophomore outfielders
Hannah Searles and
Isabella Oliver, sophomore infielder
Alexandra Bisceglia, and graduate infielder
Nyla Sapia, all being named to the CSC Academic All-District Team for the first time in their careers.
In order to qualify, student-athletes must have a minimum grade point average of 3.50 or better, and the position players must have competed in at least 90% of team games played OR have started at least 66% of the total number of team games played, while pitchers must pitch 35-plus innings or appear in 17 games as a pitcher.
