WATERBURY, Conn. -- Finishing off his three-year career in style for Post University Men's Golf, graduate student
Joe Ensign made it three consecutive years in which he was named to the PING NCAA East All-Region Team, as announced by the organization on Tuesday afternoon.
This year, Ensign was named to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference All-Tournament Team, the CACC Weekly Honor Roll once, and was a CACC All-Conference Team recipient for the second straight year. Earning his third straight All-Region honor, Ensign is the first Post golfer to not only earn three All-Region honors but also do so in three consecutive seasons. Only two other players made the All-Region Team in back-to-back seasons in Bill Koch (2022-24) and Thomas Rees (2011-13).
Throughout the year, Ensign participated in eleven events for the Eagles, with his best finish coming during the Penmen Spring Invitational when he finished second at two-under-par. In all, the graduate student had six top ten finishes and four top five finishes.
