Braden Shea are tied for fifth place after the first day of the Penmen Fall Invitational as Post University Men's Golf currently sits 10 strokes off the pace of Dominican (N.Y.) after the first round of the two-round, two-day event at the Concord Country Club. As a team, the Eagles finished 20-over-par, while the Chargers led the field at 10-over-par, with Southern New Hampshire University sandwiched between the two at 13-over-par after the round.

HOW IT HAPPENEDÂ
Giacomo Moltedo currently leads the individual field at one-under-par, coming from Dominican (N.Y.), while the Penmen's Sean Dully and Bentley University's Jack Kantowski sit a stroke back of Moltedo at even with par. In fourth place, right before Reina, who is golfing as an independent, and Shea, Bruno Pardo from the Chargers is two-over-par, leading to the three-way tie for fifth with the two Post golfers at three-over-par alongside Joseph Benesch of Dominican (N.Y.).

Phillip Granum are also separated by just one stroke, with Ensign tied for 19th place, seven-over-par, and Granum in sole possession of 22nd place at eight-over-par.Â
Beyond the top three teams, Bentley stands one stroke behind Post in fourth place at 21-over-par, followed by AIC at 32-over-par in fifth place and Saint Anselm College in last at 36-over-par with one round to go tomorrow.Â
