WILMINGTON, Del. -- Competing for the second time this week, Post University Men's Golf got a taste of what next month may look like at the CACC Championship on the White Clay Creek Course in Wilmington, Delware during the one-day CACC Preview on Thursday. Finishing 26-over-par, the Eagles tied for fourth with Jefferson University, while junior
Flo Schimek tied for seventh, shooting four-over-par.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Wilmington University's Sebastian Ramos took the individual title at two-under-par, beating out Felician University's Daniel Martensson by a single stroke. At the same time, fellow Wildcat Noah Wallace placed third at one-over-par.
Beyond Schimek, freshman
Logan Garrison saw his first action as an Eagle as an independent, tying for 12th with junior
Braden Shea at six-over-par, as seven Post players participated in the event. Freshman
Luis Reina rounded out the four Eagles inside of the top 15, tying for 15th at seven-over-par in his single round.
Two freshmen,
Gavin Giroux, and
Phillip Granum, placed 23rd and 31st overall at nine-over-par and 11-over-par, respectively, while sophomore
Brandon Frye, playing as an independent, was tied for 35th at 14-over-par.
As a team, it was Wilmington taking the crown by 16 strokes over Goldey-Beacom College, shooting seven-over-par, while the Lightning and Golden Falcons each shot 23-over-par.
