WINTHROP, Mass. -- For the second time this season, senior goalie Hannah Saunders has been named the New England Women's Hockey Alliance Goalie of the Week for Post University Women's Ice Hockey, as announced by the league office on Tuesday afternoon.

 Saunders recorded her 13th collegiate shutout for Post against Sacred Heart University in a 3-0 weekday home win for the Eagles, before splitting the weekend with Stonehill College. Going 2-1-0 between the pipes, Saunders made 84 saves while allowing five goals for a .944 save percentage and 1.67 goals-against average across 179 minutes played.

Post University takes on the Pioneers again in the morning on December 2nd, as puck drop will come at 11:00 AM on the road for the Eagles. Post defeated Sacred Heart at home early last week, 3-2, in their first matchup of the season.
