Victor, N.Y. – The Post University men's golf team shot an 18-over par 306 and currently sit tied for ninth after the second round of the NCAA East/Atlantic Regional on Friday at Ravenwood Golf Club.
Post is now at 23-over par 599 and tied with Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Goldey-Beacom.
St. Thomas Aquinas currently has the lead with a 10-over par 586 (286-300), with Southern New Hampshire at 14-over par 590 and Charleston a stroke behind them.
First round leader Jace Carlisle shot a 3-over par 75 and is tied for fifth at even par 144. Ian Wivestad also shot a 75 and is now 4-over par and sitting in 15th place.
Carlisle had two birdies on the day. Carlisle is still the lone player under par in par 3 scoring at 1-under par.
Ethan Phillips shot a 78 and is 9-over par while Bill Koch and Riley Card both shot 78 and are 10-over par for the tournament.
Nolan Skaggs of Saint Thomas Aquinas leads at 2-under par 142, followed by AJ Cavotta, of Southern New Hampshire, Jordan Hyland of Davis & Elkins and Yadhu Urs of Wheeling who are 1-under par.
