Emerson, N.J. – Ethan Phillips won the individual title at The Charger Challenge as the Post University men's golf team finished fourth with an 18-over par 302.
Phillips shot a two-under par 69, while teammate Christopher Antons – playing as an individual finished in second with a two-over par 73.
The win for Phillips was the second straight tournament title for a member of the men's golf team as Bill Koch won The Battle at The Beech last week.
Saint Thomas Aquinas won the tightly contested tournament, finishing with a 14-over par 298, followed by Dominican who finished a stroke behind and Goldey-Beacom, who shot 16-over par.
Riley Card finished tied for 14th at five-over par while Koch finished two strokes behind, tied for 19th.
Jace Carlisle finished eight-over par, tying him for 21st. Ian Wivestad finished a shot behind him. Amal Jha, playing as an individual, shot a 13-over par 84.
On the women's side, Clara Hosman finished in third with a 13-over par 79. Madison Eurich finished seventh while Emily Racco finished 13th.
Kaylie Klemme of Saint Rose won the individual title with a six-over par 77.
Up next, the Eagles will play in the NCAA Regional Showcase, hosted by Le Moyne at Ravenwood Golf Club in Victor, N.Y.
