Three members of the Post University men's hockey team made the inaugural Northeast-10 Presidents' Award For Academic Excellence for their outstanding work in the classroom during the 2020-2021 academic year.

Defenseman Nolan Arbuckle and goalies Brandon Brown and Nick Levesque were named the honorees from Post. The three student-athletes have been honored before by the NE10 for their academic success.

Levesque has been named to the NE10 Academic Honor Roll for three consecutive semesters with Academic Excellence by receiving a 4.0 GPA. He also was the 2020-2021 Elite 24 winner which honors the top student in the classroom in each sport.

Arbuckle and Brown have also made the honor roll three straight semesters with Academic Distinctions (3.5-3.99 GPA).

To be eligible for the Presidents' Award for Academic Excellence, a senior student-athlete must meet the following criteria:

o   Must be a graduating NE10 Student-Athlete

o   Must attain the Latin honor of Magna Cum Laude or better

o   Must have participate in at least two seasons of NE10 competition and is a current student-athlete at the time of graduation.*

*The NE10 did not have a formal season of competition in the Fall or Winter of 2020-2021 and therefore counted each season toward the minimum for each affected student-athlete.
