The Post University men's soccer team had 11 members make the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) All-Academic team as released by the conference on Thursday.
To be eligible, students must be in at least their third semester at their school with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. Grades were as of the conclusion of the Spring 2021 semester.
On the list was Soren Jensen who had a 3.97 GPA, majoring in Business Administration, who had the highest GPA.
Joining Jensen was classmate Stephen Sprowson with a 3.64 GPA while majoring in Sports Management.
Juniors Giorgio Scarpecci with a 3.82 GPA in Business Administration made the list as did classmate Antoine Trifonov with a 3.54 GPA in Psychology, Michele Venditti with a 3.64 GPA in Business Administration and Fernando Duque Gonzalez who had a 3.94 GPA in Sports Management.
Among seniors were Jordan Brown who had a 3.85 GPA in Criminal Justice and David Mollenthiel with a 3.66 GPA in Accounting.
Also making the list were grad students Riccardo Guglielmini with a 3.91 GPA as a Masters of Business Administration major along with Davide Mazza with a 3.77 GPA and Andrea Savio with a 3.91 GPA as an MBA major.
The Eagles led all teams with its 11 members. Brown, Gonzalez, Mollenthiel, Trifonov and Venditti all made the team for the second team.
In all, 59 men's soccer student-athletes throughout the CACC made the team.
