Senior Tyler Hackett and junior Brandon Brown of the Post University men's hockey team were both named to the Northeast10 Conference second team on Tuesday.

In the first year in the NE10 for the Eagles, Hackett was fourth in the conference with 28 points, tied for sixth in goals with 12 and tied for eighth in the conference with 16 assists. He led the Eagles in goals and was second on the team in assists. Hackett had two games this season with three points, including a goal and two assists against Albertus Magnus in a 7-6 win, where the Eagles came back from a 5-1 deficit. Hackett also scored two goals in Post's historic 5-1 win over Saint Michael's which gave the Eagles their first NE10 win in school history.

Brown was second in the NE10 in saves with 705. He also logged the second most minutes among goalies with 1188:39 of ice time. Brown had four games of 50 saves or more, including 56 against Westfield State in a November 7^th 3-3 tie against Westfield State. He also had 50 saves in the win over Saint Michael's, which helped him earn goalkeeper of the week.
