Joe Baccielo (Stratford, Conn.) scored three goals to become the all-time leading point scorer in Post University men's soccer history as the No. 13 Eagles trounced Felician 6-0 on Tuesday at LaMoy Field. The senior scored three goals on the day for his third career hat trick.

Baccielo put the Eagles on the board early as he headed in a cross from sophomore
Raphael Moura (Danbury, Conn.) in the 15
th minute. Sophomore
Francisco Sastre (Sao Paolo, Brazil) found him in the 39
th minute with a short pass in front of the goal to put Post ahead 2-0. Baccielo scored his third of the game and team-high eighth of the season in the 50
th minute on another cross from Sastre.

The scoring didn't stop as junior
Terrell Whitting (Naugatuck, Conn.) scored two straight goals. The first one in the 57
th minute off a long pass from senior
Jon Dzurilla (Torrington, Conn.) that was misplayed by the Felician goalkeeper. He added another in the 60
th minute off a rebound from a shot by senior
Ani Lekaj (Sherman, Conn.) from a Dzurilla corner kick.

Freshman
Patrick DeAngelo (Danbury, Conn.) passed ahead to Moura for the final tally in the 79
th minute.

Post dominated possession and outshot the Golden Falcons 22-5 in the game and 12-1 in the first half. Senior
Andre Lindsay (Clarendon, Jamaica) made two saves in the victory.

Baccielo came into the match with 68 career points one back of Maurice Johnson (2005-09) on the career list. He now holds the record with 74 points.

"We've had some great players here and it's a credit to him for being the top guy. Joey has put in a tremendous amount of work to get to this point," added Haley.

The six goals by Post ties its all-time Division II single-game record. The Eagles defeated Holy Family 6-2 in the 2008 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championship.

Post is back in action on Sunday, Oct. 13 at home against Philadelphia. Kickoff is set for 3 p.m.
