Freshman Kevin Fearon got things going, leading off the inning with a walk, then advancing to third on two wild pitches.
Junior James Wong also walked, then stole second; giving the Eagles runners on second and third with no outs.

Junior Travis Locascio and Dieguez would follow with run scoring singles to make it 5-2.
The Eagles weren't done though, as senior Sean Jarrett would smack a sacrifice fly to center field to make it 6-2.
The Eagles would add a run in the fifth on an RBI triple by Alex Jahn.
Post University made it 8-2 on a seventh-inning single by freshman Pedro Escarfullery.
Dowling would add two more runs for the final tally of 8-4.

"This win was a test of character and mental toughness for us,” said head coach A.J. McNamara.
“We had several starters out, several guys playing new positions and the entire team, including the coaching staff, was fighting the flu," he added.
"This was the guttiest win I have ever seen from a group of young men. They made no excuses and just got it done."
