WATERBURY, Conn. (December 10, 2009) The Post University Men's and Women's Basketball teams will take on the Felician Golden Falcons tonight at the Job Gymnasium. The women's game tips-off at 6pm with the men to follow at 8pm. Live stats are available for the game.

Women's Basketball Notebook:
The women's team defeated Felician in the last game of the 2008-2009 season with a 65-62 point victory. Felician this season sits in second place in the CACC after a road win against conference newcomer Concordia College 66-62.  Senior Janelle Biamonte scored 19 points with 13 rebounds in the Golden Falcons win.

Post University comes into tonight's contest with their best start in 5 seasons and a 3-4 record overall. In the loss to Dominican Tuesday night at home, junior Jhenel Franklin scored 12 points.

A Freshman Leader:
Post University freshman Aubrey Latham leads scoring for the Eagles with 10.9 points per game, 6.3 rebounds per game, and 8 steals. Coming off the bench this season, Latham has only committed 8 turnovers in 195 minutes of play. She is averaging a slim one turnover for every 25 minutes in the game.

Men's Basketball Notebook:
The Men's Basketball team has something to prove tonight. At the end of last season, the Eagles played Felician three times in only 15 days. They split the first two meetings with each team winning at home and the rubber match being the first game of the CACC playoffs in Waterbury. Felician came out strong, in the packed Drubner Center with fans all wearing white Post University Basketball t-shirts. Felician won the game 79-69 ending the Eagles season.

Currently the Eagles hold a 2-3 record after a conference opening loss to Dominican Tuesday. Jon Lucky leads the team in scoring with 19.0ppg.

Felician is the only undefeated team in the CACC with a 6-0 record overall.

Give Me 2 Dozen:
Last time out, freshmen Trevon Hamlet and Nyheem Sanders combined for 24 points on the night. The two have combined for 34.8% of the Eagles scoring this season.
