MANCHESTER, Conn. -- Running in nearby Wickham Park in Manchester, Connecticut this morning, Post University Men's Cross Country kicked off their 2024 slate of meets at the Trinity College Bantam Invitational.

HOW IT HAPPENED
The meet marked the first under new Head Coach
Dillon Bell who has been leading the program since January of this year and a familiar face in senior
Drew Paskanik taking part in the 5K event.
This was the first time Paskanik had run in the Bantam Invitational while at Post, finishing 94th overall in a time of 18:33.70, a 5:58.70 mile pace.
Division III UMass Dartmouth took the meet with a score of 55 with Roger Williams University close behind at 57 points in second place. Connecticut College rounded out the top three with a score of 88 points while United States Coast Guard Academy lurked in fourth with 91 points in the meet.
WHAT'S NEXT
Post University has the next week off before returning to the Golden Eagle Invitational on September 21st. This will be Paskanik's first time competing in the event and the first time the Eagles have attended it since 2021.
