Marcus Wilson and
Anthony Guallpa finished back-to-back in the University of Hartford XC Invitational on Saturday afternoon at Keney Park.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Both Wilson and Guallpa finished just a tenth of a second apart in the meet, with Wilson finishing in 21:16.1 in 110th place, followed by Guallpa in 21:16.2 for 111th place.
Southern Connecticut State University would win the meet with only 57 team points, followed by Bentley University with 68 team points in second, and the University of Connecticut in third with 77 team points.
Sophomore
Alex Cole did not compete for the Eagles today as he was a late scratch from the event. Senior Riley Brutvan won the 5K with a time of 15:50.8 for the University of Hartford, holding off UConn's junior Jack Forer in second with a 15:59.3 finish.
WHAT'S NEXT
Post University is back at it next week at the Golden Eagle Invitational at 12:00 PM on the campus of Stony Brook University. This will be the first time all three runners on the team will compete at the event.
