WATERBURY, Conn. -- After being named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Player of the Week for Women's Basketball last week, graduate shooting guard Maya Klein was named to the CACC Honor Roll this week for Post University Women's Basketball as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Klein continued to show out for the Eagles, who came back from a pair of deficits in the fourth quarter against Holy Family University and College of Staten Island to finish 2-0 for the week. Klein had a quiet game against the Dolphins until the Eagles trailed by 11 with three and a half minutes to go in which she would score all six of her points, including a big four-point play and game-tying layup with 1:06 left in regulation of a game that Post would win, 67-66. Klein would show out against the Tigers, who entered the day on a 13-game winning streak, knocking down 4-of-7 shots from long range en route to a 14-point afternoon while coming up with a block at the buzzer in overtime to help the Eagles secure their 72-68 win over Holy Family on Saturday. In all, Klein finished the week with 20 points on 6-of-14 shooting, 5-for-9 shooting from beyond the three-point line, and going 3-for-3 from the charity stripe. The graduate student also tacked on three rebounds, two assists, a steal, and a block.
