WATERBURY, Conn. -- Graduate shooting guard Maya Klein continues to make her way onto the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Weekly Awards list for Post University Men's Basketball as she was named to the CACC Honor Roll alongside junior point guard Bol Akot from Post University Men's Basketball as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Maya Klein - Honor Roll - Women's Basketball
Klein continued her hot streak for the Eagles during a 1-1 week, her field goal percentage continued to rise after she went 15-for-25 from the floor this week overall (60%) while nailing 6-of-15 threes (40%) and going 3-for-5 from the free throw line. In all, Klein averaged 19.5 points per game as Post defeated Caldwell at home before falling against nationally-ranked Jefferson University on Saturday. Klein also corralled two rebounds, two steals, and two assists. The Stamford, Connecticut native now has double-digit points in eight straight conference games as well as five straight games overall.


Bol Akot - Honor Roll - Men's Basketball
Akot made the most of his chances despite an 0-2 week for the Eagles, averaging 23 points and four rebounds per game in losses against Caldwell and Jefferson University. Akot was lights of from the floor with a 61.5% shooting effort after going 16-for-26 overall, a perfect 3-for-3 from three-point land, and going 11-for-12 (91.7%) from the free throw line. Akot played in 68 of a possible 80 minutes for the Eagles while tallying eight total rebounds along with four assists and a steal during the week.
