Waterbury, CT – Post University women's basketball player Sha'Raya Haines was named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Player of the Week after her performance in games from January 16-22.

Haines led the Eagles to a 2-0 week with a 63-47 win at Felician on January 17 and a 75-73 win over Goldey-Beacom at home on January 21.

Against Goldey-Beacom, Haines scored a season-high 30 points, hitting three three-pointers and going 15-for-18 from the free-throw line. She also had seven rebounds and three assists in her 40 minute performance.

Against Felician, Haines scored 15 points on 5-for-10 shooting, including 3-for-7 from three. She also had seven assists and four steals.

This season, Haines is averaging 18.1 points on the season and has scored 1,311 points in her career, which is ten points away from third all-time (Tadj Williams).

The Eagles are back in action on the road at Bridgeport on Wednesday, January 25 at 5 p.m.
