Waterbury, Conn. - Antonio Spencer of the Post University men's track and field team was named Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Track Athlete and Rookie Track Athlete of the Week.

Spencer won the 100m race at the Black and Gold Invitational with a time of 10.74 while also being a part of the second place 4x100 team that finished in second place with a time of 45.53.

Also being honored this week was Letlhogonolo Ramafuthula of the men's team and Martina Stanchi of the women's track and field team who were named to the CACC Weekly Honor Roll. Ramafuthula won the triple jump at the Black and Gold Invitational with a jump of 14.44.

Stanchi, last week's CACC Track Athlete of The Week, placed second in the 100m race at the Black and God Invitational with a time of 12.54 seconds.
