Four members of the Post University women's tennis team were named to the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference All-Academic team on Thursday as the conference announced the nominees.

All four honorees were first time recipients.

Senior Macha Mourier, with a 3.91 GPA in in computer science made the team, along with classmate Rebecca Eelman, who had a 3.62 GPA as a criminal justice major.

Sophomores Alexandra Dereban, a psychology major with a 3.68 GPA and Sadie Storm, an early childhood major with a 3.77 GPA also made the team for the first time.

Overall, 31 women's tennis student-athletes made the All-Academic team.

To be eligible for the team, a student-athlete must maintain a 3.5 cumulative GPA and be at least a sophomore, academically.
