Daniels, WV – Seniors Brendan McCormack (Watertown, Conn.) and Kyle Hughes (Pulaski, N.Y.) each shot a 4-over par 76 as the Post University men's golf team is tied for 17^th place after the first round of the NCAA East/Atlantic Regional at The Resort of Glade Springs on Monday with a 20-over par 308.

Hughes and McCormack's score puts them tied for 51^st individually.

St. Thomas Aquinas leads the tournament after shooting a 2-over par 29. West Liberty, Indiana University (Pa.) and Franklin Pierce are all a shot back.

Junior Michael Erickson (Prospect, Conn.) shot a 5-over par 77, sophomore Anthony Guerrera (Watertown, Conn.) shot a 7-over par 79 and junior Antonio Lopez-Woodworth (Mexico City, Mexico) shot a 9-over par 81 to round out the Eagles.

Harison Laskey of Mercyhurst and Ryan Rucinski of Wilmington lead all individuals after shooting a 3-under par 69.
