"It's a great honor for Elice, Fenna, and Jaylene to be named to the CACC All-Academic team. Their work ethic is reflected not only in the classroom, but also in their contributions to our program." said head coach Stephanie Demake. "Both Elice and Fenna struggled through the season with injuries that sidelined them for periods of time however, they were excellent teammates, leaders, and remained focused on maintaining high grades."

Fenna Maarse appeared in five games with two starts for the Eagles this season. Despite battling through injuries, Maarse was one of the most impactful players on the field.

Elice Oman appeared in ten games, starting in seven. Much like Maarse, Oman was an impactful player in the midfield when she was on the field for the Eagles.

"Jaylene, a double major and two-sport athlete, approaches every practice and game with a "team-first" mentality," said Demake. Souto came up huge for the Eagles numerous times in the 2018 season and took home a GK of the Week award for her outstanding play.

"All three are very deserving of this acknowledgment and, I look forward to adding more Post Women's Soccer players to this list in years to come," added Demake.
