Post University took on Bryn Athyn College in the consolation game of the Skidmore Thanksgiving Invitational and lost 4-1.
The Eagles gave up two first period goals before scoring one of their own. Evan Lugo scored the lone Eagles goal, his third consecutive game finding the back of the net.
Tyler Hackett excelled in the faceoff circle for the second consecutive game, winning 11 of 16. Hackett also shared the team lead in total shots with four.
Brandon Brown faced 41 shots and stopped 38 in his 59 minuets of play. Bryn Athyn final goal was an empty-netter.
Anthony Giacomin picked up his fourth assist of the season while Niko Grollman collected his second of the season.
Head Coach Pete Whitney on today's performance: "It's a 60 minute game and you can't afford to be flat for a period at this level. Lack of consistency on our part was the difference maker"
Sophomore Forward Evan Lugo was named to the All-Tournament team. Lugo tallied two total goals in the two games he played in.
