Baldwinsville, N.Y. – Freshman
Fredrik Rollve (Asker, Norway) finished with an 8-over par 152 (74-78) and tied for ninth at the Le Moyne Mike Bello Spring Invite on Friday for the Post Men's golf team. The Eagles, as a team finished in seventh place with a 52-over par 628 (316-312) in the 36-hole one day tournament at Timber Banks.
The host school, Le Moyne, won the team title with a 26-over par 602 (298-304).
Sophomore
Michael Erickson (Prospect, Conn.) also had a solid showing for the Eagles, tying for 25
th with a 13-over par 157 (77-80). Classmate
Matthieu Sicard (Marseille, France) improved 13 strokes from round one to round two in shooting a 17-over par 161 (87-74).
Junior
Kyle Hughes (Pulaski, N.Y.) finished with a 19-over par 163 (82-81) as did sophomore Antonio Lopez-Woodworth (Mexico City, Mexico).
John Clare of Le Moyne was the medalist of the event, shooting a 4-under par 140 (71-69) for a four stroke victory.
Up next for the Eagles is the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference tournament on April 25-26 at Back Creek Golf Course in Middletown, Del.
