MIDDLEBURY, Conn. – The Post University women's tennis team continued to roll in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) play on Sunday with an 8-1 victory over Philadelphia at Edgewood Bath & Tennis. The Eagles are now 6-2 overall and are first place in the conference at 4-0.

Liza Dubrovskaya (Rostov-on-Don, Russia) and
Brianna Miah (Wesley Chapel, Fla.) defeated Linde Zwaan and Usha Baublitz 8-5.
Sophomore
Madison Young (Wellington, New Zealand) and senior
Natasha Siku (Gaborone, Botswana) shutout Katelyn High and Emily Zygmunt 8-0. Sophomores
Jessica Bergen (Bethel, Conn.) and
Sarah Namazi (Waterbury, Conn.) won in No. 3 doubles 8-2 over Mariana Sampaio and Tabitha Porter.
Post continued its dominance in singles as Dubrovskaya grabbed a 6-2, 6-1 win over Zwaan at No. 1. Miah and Bergen each defeated their opponents 6-1, 6-1. Siku won her fourth straight match 6-2, 6-0 against Sampaio. Namazi did not drop a set against Porter on her way to her seventh win of the year, 6-0, 6-0.
The Eagles take a break from team play as they head play in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) East Regional Tournament hosted by NYIT in Old Westbury, N.Y. beginning on Friday, Sept. 30.
Dubrovskaya won the B flight in 2014 and advanced to the second round of the A flight last year. Miah advanced to the quarterfinals of the B flight a year ago.
