Wilson, N.C. – Sophomore
Carlos Fernandez-Herzog (Madrid, Spain) shot a 1-under par 71 in the final round as the Post University men's golf team finished in 11
th place at the Barton Intercollegiate at Wilson Country Club.
Fernandez-Herzog finished tied for 23
rd posting a 9-over par 153 (82-71). His second round total was tied for the second lowest single round score of the tournament.
As a team, the Eagles finished with a 56-over par 632. Southern New Hampshire won the tournament with a 16-over par 592. Jake Nutler of Southern New Hampshire won the individual title with a 2-over par 146.
Freshman
Matthieu Sicard (Marseille, France) shot an 82 on the day to finish with a 17-over par 161. Junior
Tim Tian (Beijing, China) shot an 83 to finish at 162. Freshman
Michael Erickson (Prospect, Conn.) shot a 77 to finish at 163 and freshman Antonio Lopez-Woodsworth (Mexico City, Mexico) shot an 84 for a 163 total.
