CALDWELL, N.J. – The Post University men's cross country team finished first out of eight teams at the Cougar Chase hosted by Caldwell on Saturday afternoon. The women's team placed sixth out of 10 teams.
Three Eagles finished in the top-10 led by junior
John Ducham (Waterbury, Conn.) who clocked in a 17:15.2 on the 5K course to place third overall. Junior
Ryan Acey (Plainville, Conn.) was seventh overall with a time of 17:31.7. Sophomore
Peter Kemboi (Turbo, Kenya) was ninth at 17:49.1. Freshman
William Ducham (Waterbury, Conn.) placed 11
th with a time of 18:08.6.

Akia Callum (Brooklyn, N.Y.) led the way for the women with a 17
th place finish at 22:35.7. Sophomore
Deana Jo Alberto (Waterbury, Conn.) was 26
th with a time of 23:05.1 and classmate
Emily McCann (Gold Coast, Australia) was 29
th, clocking in at 23:08.3.
Post returns to action on Sunday, Oct. 25 in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Championship at Fairmount Park in Belmont Plateau, Pa.
