MIDDLEBURY, Conn. – The Post University women's tennis team defeated Daemen 9-0 at Edgewood Bath and Tennis on Monday morning. With the win the Eagles improve to 9-3 on the year with three matches remaining.

Liza Dubrovskaya (Rostov-on-Don, Russia) and freshman
Madison Young (Wellington, New Zealand) defeated Hayle Scanlan and Jessica Robins 8-3. Junior
Diana Perez (Miami, Fla.) and sophomore
Brianna Miah (Wesley Chapel, Fla.) took down Gretchen Ringler and Delaney Fragale 8-1 in the second doubles spot. In third doubles, junior
Natasha Siku (Gaborone, Botswana) and freshman
Jessica Bergen (Bethel, Conn.) held their own against Maria McGrath and Sarah Crissy earning an 8-2 win.
In singles action, Perez defeated Scanlon 7-5, 6-1 in the top spot. Dubrovskaya made quick work of Ringler 6-0, 6-0. Freshman
Sarah Namazi (Waterbury, Conn.) beat Sarah Crissy 6-1, 4-6, 13-11 and Bergen defeated Aman Shamaa 6-3, 6-1.
Post returns to action on Wednesday afternoon at Molloy. First serve is set for 4 p.m.
